Enjoy an experience that uses the vibration of sound to connect, calm, and heal the physical body and mind. Bring mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters to get comfortable laying on the floor for a 60-minute session immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of chimes, crystal singing bowls, hand pans, and gongs.
